Substack Overlords I Ask you to be Kind, Sympathetic, Understanding and Transigent

There is much talk about inequality in income distribution, be from labor, capital, investments, inheritance, etc.

There are several forms of inequality, one I am going to try to use in my favor and for people of my Country, México, is another form.

People in my country ignore the obligations that at least physicians and psychiatrists have when practicing their profession.

That has harmed people not only from individual wrong doers, but because also physicians and psychiatrists thrive in the culture of illegality that is prevalent in the practice of Medicine and Health Care in my Country.

I tried to detail that in my post “Carta al Pueblo de México”, it is also pinned to my X account: xAzeros. I tried for the authorities to answer that Petition, but it has gone unanswered possibly because I can´t verify my account in the device I am currently using and I have no money to buy another. I already tried, see below.

Now, sharing that letter in México even in a retweet might require a lawyer’s advice. From authorities has gone unanswered.

But, I am still at risk.

The inequality I am talking about is in the number of subscribers and how many people some prominent folks and folkets can reach, that I currently cannot.

That is a form of inequality that I am asking directly or indirectly to prominent persons in Substack to adopt a sort of campaign: That little guy needs help making his plight more public.

That little guy is me: Federico Soto del Alba.

If you are a regular Substacker please I ask you to consider, consider, sending this plight to one of the prominent people you are subscribed to here in Substack.

If you are a prominent individual in Substack I ask you to please consider helping me out by making my plight more public.

So far that is what I need: for someone else to try to redress some inequality. One form of it: public readers.

So, what is my plight?: basically I need my “Carta al Pueblo de México” to be read by a lot of People in my Country.

And I need that so the authorities answer, or at least try to answer without committing nor concealing other crimes and/or illegalities by refusing to answer. Or simply refusing to be aware.

Since as I stated sharing my “Carta al Pueblo de México” might require a lawyer in my country, I don´t know about other countries, I am going to try to explain my situation in a manner that can motivate someone to help this little guy!: me.

Maybe making more public this letter might help. But I am no literati in social media, let alone Substack.

First, how is it that I can´t verify my account on X in my current device?.

I felt extorted into buying a used phone probably with a malfunctioning battery without a charger that might explode if I try to recharge it inside the Mix-Up shop at Galerías Toluca.

The remaining charge in the battery only allowed me to set up an X account and nothing more than an AppleID.

I was planning to use that iPad mini or iPhone mini to do a proper Petition to my Government to answer me and help me out!.

A few months ago a woman inside the iShop at Town Square Metepec told me the iPad mini would be available in November.

At the end of November I went to that store to try to buy one, and there was an alarm buzzing inside the iShop store and the door was slightly opened and secured with a thick stainless steel bundled wire outside the store.

A few meters ahead I asked some dude passing as security if he worked for Town Square Metepec and he said no. He asked what I needed and I asked him if he could report to security of Town Square Metepec. He answered yes. So I told him the last paragraph.

He said they were doing inventory… with the door closed from the outside…

There were 2-3 people suspicious looking with him.

I went to an OXXO store to buy something and there was a person with a mouth cover and sadistic behavior that saw I had a lot of cash when I paid to him. That person might have phoned some accomplice in the iShop store in Galerías Toluca.

When I went to Galerías Toluca they said they had no new iPad minis, no new iPhone minis and no iPhone minis, not even older ones. She really said that: no old iPhone SEs…

There was a very strange individual outside that store without an iShop ID, and no uniform that stared at the pocket where I had my money to buy said devices.

So I felt threatened.

I explained that to the woman inside the iShop store and said he worked for security of the iShop store. So I went and asked another dude dressed as security of Liverpool and he said that yes he worked for iShop security.

I did not believe any of them.

Anyway, I felt extorted to buy a used phone, probably with a broken battery, in a previously opened box for more money that says in the receipt that is in another persons name. Or does not have my name in it, despite they asked for it and I gave it to them. They even asked for my email, but really?.

All of that has to be on security cameras.

Trying to report to the those stores, except Town Square Metepec, I got re mobbed with sadistic attitude in the OXXO store at Paseo de la Asunción and apparently Boulevard Sor Juana Inés de la Cruz, a few meters away from the Chilli & Combi, by some young female that claimed to be the manager but denied that I exhibited the money to buy a cellphone and the person at that store might have send messages to someone at the iShop store in Galerías Toluca where I felt extorted.

The self proclaimed manager with no ID and no uniform, refused to receive my data to pass to her assumed supervisors, and some more. Her sadistic attitude came from the fact that she was smiling the whole time while I said to her that I was afraid of getting kidnapped, the whole time smiling, and was verbally aggressive to me, she gas lighted me and refused to stop talking after I asked her to. There was a dude with an OXXO undercoat behind the counter next to her and two female witnesses next to me whom I don’t know.

In the iShop/Mix-up store in Galerías Toluca they promised me they will report what I told the "highest" employee there in the iShop store of Mix-up, but it seemed like they were covertly diagnosing me to cover up the extortion of the day before.

With the plan of assaulting me by provoking me, make a false psychiatric diagnosis, commit me by force, and very likely kill me since I am very ill. I have several physical conditions, disabilities, and potentially a fatal heart disease or diseases.

That is probably what happened to me in the Recommendation 27/2017 of the Human Rights Commission of Coahuila, but the covert diagnosis in the street, in stores, etc., is illegal, but I have seen it: they did that to a dear friend of mine decades ago, and I was there to help her, by coincidence, I don´t how that ended though. One of the perpetrators was a classmate of mine at med school. And they have done that to me several times here in Metepec. That classmate even bragged about how funny it was chasing people on the street without elaborating further. More than 3 decades ago…

The person that saw the money in the OXXO store was similar to one that behaved as psychiatrically trained, he smiled fakely to "calm" me, and took his hand to his genitals to “sooth” me, after he stalked and harassed me a day or two after I felt extorted on November 26, 2024. I even asked him if he was doing health diagnosis on the street because it was illegal, and he said NO. By his age he might be a psychiatric resident or a psychiatric nurse, even a medical student as my class mate was back then.

The difference was in the clothing and a mouth cover with the dude at the OXXO store that saw my money to buy the iPad Mini. And at the OXXO he was wearing a thick coat to appear larger I image.

Now, to don´t occupy more time of readers of this, I am just going to put some scannings of the receipts, the box and cabble I have from the end of November. Some of the narratives that expand my situation are in “Carta al Pueblo de México” and in some of the emails I copied and uploaded in my Substack account, and some more. And in a linked Appendix 1. But, hey, brevity.

And one would think amicable solutions might be in order. Hey I would gladly take a free no strings attached voucher for a new iPad mini, but unfortunately given that there is some extortion, stalking, perhaps murder attempt in a maybe yes maybe no category, related to kidnapping, and since it is at least the 2nd time I’ve been mobbed in similar circumstances near where I live in Metepec, and if done regularly against me and/or other people that might be considered organized crime.

Then, amicable solutions legally are inappropriate in my Country since those are serious crimes and my lawyer with the district attorney would have to approve, and we might be forbidden from doing so. So, even if there was good will it might not fly. And I payed more than the iShop ticket says, so, worse.

And finally, OXXO, Apple, iShop/Mix-up and my so called neighbors, at least, are in better position than me to go to the District Attorney to complain, to let them know. Considering at least, extortion, organized crime, related to kidnapping and another possible murder attempt.

I hope you can help me at least making this Substack post more public.
