This is the complaint I was planning to file to the General District Attorney but because the National Executive Commission For Victims did not legally advice me, and they even did not answer within the 30 days period to answer, and I lost all my access to my iPhone, emails account, etc., I did not file it. That was in mid 2017.

Now, the Human Rights Commission for the State of Coahuila claimed it was all over!, we are finished!.

Well, NO, I did not got the truth, I was not repaired the harm done to me, I was not registered as far as I know to the National Victims Registry, and I was not assured a No Repetition. At least…

And the people who harmed me never faced the Justice System, including my mother and father, my ex-wife and her family...

I never asked for photocopies, I asked for a certified copy of the whole file of my Recommendation. I got one sewn that was later stolen from a relatively thick metal cabinet with 3 locks and replaced by photocopies with a clip. This is the last page of that piece of whatever it is:

The certificed copy I received had several holes hold together with a white thick nylon thread and had multicolor seals in several pages. This collection of photocopies I did not ask, and I don´t know who put it in MY file cabinet.

Finally for now, my mother claimed she took the hospitalization orders from the psychiatrist that never saw me as a patient from the hospital!. Notice the name of the alleged psychiatrist, who was the Director of the Biggest psychiatric Hospital is not her full name, and those documents lack legal requirements in health law:
