Mi life is at risk. I am the victim in the Recommendation 27/2017 of the Comision for Human Rights of the State of Coahuila (CDHEC). In the past days I have been extorted, mobbed, and I fear next they are going to assault and finally kill me as they did in that Recommendation, except they almost killed me that time of lack of food, medication and akathisia. And the CDHEC covered up that it was to my mind a kidnapping with murder attempt, and never reported that to the authorities.

I need your asistance in publishing this letter as widely as possible. I am practically incomunicado, I can only send emails and I might loose my email access soon. I cannot go and buy a cellphone, I already did that and I got extorted into buying one with which I could only open an X, formerly twitter account: xAzeros. I didn't get to publish this letter and another one of playfull character about the immateriality of the mind (I am an unpublished amateur author).

The cellphone might have a damaged batery, if I attemp to recharge it it might explode.

Trying to report to the stores I went I got remobed with sadistic attitude in one of the OXXO stores in México, by some female that claimed to be the manager but denied that I exhibited the money to buy a cellphone and the person at that store might have send someone to another store, where I got extorted. The self proclaimed manager refused to receive my data to pass to her assumed supervisors, and some more. Her sadistic attitude came from the fact that she was smiling the whole time while I said to her that I was afraid of getting kidnapped, the whole time smilling, and was verbally agressive to me, she gaslighted me and refused to stop talking after I asked her to.

In the other store, an iShop/Mix-up store they promised me they will report what I told the "highest" employee there in the iShop store of mixup in "Plaza Galerías" Toluca, but it seemed like they were coverty diagnosing me to cover up the extorsion of the day before. With the plan of assaulting me by provoking me, make a false psiquiatric diagnosis, commit me by force, and very likely kill me since I am very ill. I have several physical conditions, disabilities, and potentialy a fatal heart disease or diseases.

That is probably what happened to me in 27/2017 but the covert diagnosis in the street, in stores, etc., is illegal, but I have seen it: they did that to a dear friend of mine decades ago, and I was there to help her, by coincidence. One of the perpetrators was a classmate at med school. And they have done that to me several times here in Metepec. That classmate even bragged about how funny it was chasing people on the street without elaborating further.

The person that saw the money in the OXXO store was similar to one that behaved as psychiatrically trained, he smiled fakely to "calm" me, after he stalked and harassed me yesterday. I even asked him if he was doing health diagnosis on the street because it was illegal, and he said no. By his age he might be a psychiatric resident or psychiatric nurse. The difference was in the clothing and a mouth cover.

There is more of that day earlier at the "Town Square" Metepec mall, but I think it's enough context.

They have even tripped me into almost falling at voting day, and at other OXXO stores, etc. That trip into the ground could kill me because of a rheumatological disease active since 8 yrs ago, but radiographically visible since 2009. It just was not painful then. The same mobbing forced me to abstain in participating as a public official in the past national election. I told that to the official that asked me to participate and supervised us. I am guessing she failed to report that to the district attorneys or her higher ups didn't choose to. I assumed they were obligated.

Now, I don't have access to that X, formerly twitter account. I will try tomorrow, but that might not work.

I am becoming unwillingy a human rights activist. I need your help publishing this letter. I might not make it to publish it since I am in danger. And I think it contains relevant information not just pertaining to my case, but provides some insight that might help other people. For example, the so called community mobbing might in fact be covert psychiatrc diagnosis on the street like it happened to me and my dear friend decades ago. And people who do that, can do it to anyone vulnerable in gangs, stalking and harassing people. Just for fun, money, etc.

Thanks. It's in spanish, I am not a lawyer but a retired physician. It contains some medical law in México focused on the illegality of medical practice in México, and particulary forced, covert or psiquiatric diagnoses. I don´t have time to translate it:
